License Agreement
This License Agreement explains the terms that apply when you purchase, download, install, or use software, WordPress plugins, digital products, or related files provided by TA Network Solutions.
TA Network Solutions is powered by Dark Night Production Ltd, a web development, multimedia development, and digital technology company. Our business address is 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, WC2H 9JQ.
By purchasing, downloading, installing, activating, or using any TA Network Solutions product, you agree to this License Agreement.
1. License Grant
When you purchase or download a product from TA Network Solutions, you are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use the product according to the license type you purchased.
Your license allows you to use the product on the number of websites or installations allowed by your purchase plan.
2. License Key
Some products require a license key for activation, updates, support, or premium features.
You are responsible for keeping your license key secure. You may not share, resell, publish, distribute, or transfer your license key to another person or business without written permission from TA Network Solutions.
3. License Duration
Unless stated otherwise, paid software licenses are valid for one year from the date of purchase.
An active license may be required to receive:
Product updates
Security updates
New features
Technical support
License activation services
Download access
After a license expires, the product may continue working, but access to updates, support, downloads, or activation services may be limited or unavailable.
4. Permitted Use
You may use TA Network Solutions products for your own websites, client websites, or business projects, depending on the license plan purchased.
You may not:
Resell the product as your own
Redistribute the product files
Share license keys publicly
Upload the product to file-sharing websites
Include the product inside another product for resale
Reverse engineer, modify, or remove licensing systems
Use the product for illegal, abusive, harmful, or unauthorized activity
5. Ownership
All software, plugin code, documentation, branding, graphics, product names, and digital assets provided by TA Network Solutions remain the property of TA Network Solutions, Dark Night Production Ltd, or their respective owners.
Purchasing a license gives you permission to use the product. It does not transfer ownership of the software, source code, branding, or intellectual property.
6. Updates
Updates may be provided to improve performance, compatibility, security, features, or bug fixes.
TA Network Solutions may update, modify, replace, discontinue, or remove features at any time. We are not required to provide updates forever, and updates may depend on an active license.
7. Support
Support is provided according to your license status, product type, and support policy.
Support may include help with installation, activation, setup guidance, bug reports, or general product usage.
Support does not include:
Custom development
Theme customization
Server troubleshooting
Third-party plugin conflicts beyond reasonable guidance
Fixing problems caused by modified files
Website design work
Setup of unrelated services
Support for expired or invalid licenses
Custom work may require a separate paid service agreement.
8. Third-Party Services
Some products may connect to third-party services, APIs, payment gateways, AI providers, affiliate networks, feed providers, or WordPress plugins.
TA Network Solutions is not responsible for third-party service outages, pricing changes, API changes, account restrictions, data accuracy, or policy changes.
You are responsible for complying with the terms and policies of any third-party service you connect to our products.
9. Compatibility
We aim to build products that work with modern WordPress installations and commonly used hosting environments.
However, we cannot guarantee compatibility with every theme, plugin, server configuration, PHP version, WordPress version, browser, or third-party service.
You are responsible for testing products on your website before using them in a live production environment.
10. Backups
You are responsible for creating backups of your website, database, files, and settings before installing, updating, activating, or using any TA Network Solutions product.
TA Network Solutions is not responsible for data loss, website errors, downtime, configuration issues, or damages caused by failure to create backups.
11. No Warranty
Products are provided “as is” and “as available.”
We do not guarantee that a product will be error-free, uninterrupted, compatible with every website, or suitable for every specific business requirement.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, TA Network Solutions and Dark Night Production Ltd disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied.
12. Limitation of Liability
TA Network Solutions and Dark Night Production Ltd are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or financial damages, including but not limited to lost revenue, lost profits, lost data, business interruption, website downtime, or damages caused by third-party services.
Your use of our products is at your own risk.
13. Refunds
Refunds are handled according to our Refund Policy.
Purchasing or downloading a product means you agree to our refund terms. Some digital products, license renewals, custom development work, or services may be non-refundable depending on the situation and policy stated at the time of purchase.
14. Termination
We may suspend, deactivate, or terminate a license if we believe the license is being misused, shared, resold, abused, used fraudulently, or used in violation of this agreement.
If your license is terminated, you must stop using the product and remove it from your websites unless otherwise agreed in writing.
15. Changes to This Agreement
TA Network Solutions may update this License Agreement at any time.
The updated version will be posted on this page with a revised “Last updated” date. Continued use of our products after changes are posted means you accept the updated agreement.
