Because our products are digital software downloads, all sales are generally considered final once the product has been downloaded, activated, or license access has been issued.

After 14 days, refund requests may not be accepted.

5. Custom Development Services

Payments for custom WordPress plugins, custom software, website development, multimedia development, integrations, repairs, consulting, or other custom services are generally non-refundable once work has started.

Custom project deposits are also non-refundable unless otherwise agreed in writing.

If a project is cancelled before work begins, we may review the situation and decide whether a partial refund is possible.

6. License Renewals

License renewals, subscription renewals, or recurring payments may be refundable only if requested shortly after renewal and before any renewed license benefits, updates, downloads, or support services have been used.

Refunds for renewals are reviewed on a case-by-case basis.

Some products may require third-party services, APIs, payment gateways, AI providers, feed providers, hosting features, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, or other WordPress plugins.

TA Network Solutions is not responsible for costs, outages, restrictions, incompatibility, or policy changes caused by third-party services.

Refunds are not guaranteed if the issue is caused by a third-party service or external platform.

9. Processing Approved Refunds

If a refund is approved, it will usually be processed back to the original payment method.

Refund processing times may vary depending on the payment provider, bank, or card issuer.

Once a refund is issued, your license key, downloads, updates, and support access may be disabled.

10. Chargebacks and Payment Disputes

If you open a chargeback or payment dispute without contacting us first, your license, downloads, updates, and support access may be suspended while the dispute is reviewed.

We encourage customers to contact us first so we can try to resolve the issue.
