By using our website, products, software, or services, you agree to this Privacy Policy.

• Provide optional integrations with third-party services, such as Google Drive, Dropbox, Bunny Storage, and Amazon S3
• Comply with legal, tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements

3. Payments

Payments may be processed through third-party payment providers.

We do not store full credit card numbers on our website. Payment providers may collect and process payment details according to their own privacy policies and security practices.

4. Software Licensing

When you purchase or activate a licensed product, we may store information related to your license, including:

• Product name
• License key
• Purchase email
• Activation status
• Website URL where the license is activated
• Activation date
• License expiration date
• Plugin version information

This information is used to manage license activation, updates, support, and access to downloads.

5. Google Drive Integration and Google API Data

Some TA Network Solutions software products, including Secure Backup Inspector, may offer an optional Google Drive integration.

If you choose to connect Google Drive, the plugin may request permission to access your Google account through Google OAuth. This is used only to allow the plugin to upload WordPress backup files to your own Google Drive account.

Secure Backup Inspector uses the following Google OAuth scope:

https://www.googleapis.com/auth/drive.file

This permission allows the plugin to create and manage Google Drive files that the plugin creates or that you choose to use with the plugin. The plugin does not request full access to your entire Google Drive.

When you connect Google Drive, we may process or store limited Google-related information necessary to provide the integration, including:

• Google account email address
• Google OAuth access token
• Google OAuth refresh token
• Token expiration information
• Google Drive connection status
• Backup upload status
• Google Drive file or folder information related to backups created by the plugin

We use Google Drive data only to:

• Connect your Google Drive account to Secure Backup Inspector
• Upload backup ZIP files created by the plugin to your Google Drive account
• Refresh your Google Drive connection when necessary
• Show connection, upload, and backup status inside the plugin
• Troubleshoot Google Drive backup upload issues when you request support

We do not use Google Drive data to:

• Read or scan your unrelated Google Drive files
• Sell your Google user data
• Use your Google user data for advertising
• Share your Google user data with unrelated third parties
• Train artificial intelligence or machine learning models
• Build user profiles unrelated to the backup and restore service

TA Network Solutions’ use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

You may disconnect Google Drive at any time from the plugin settings. Disconnecting Google Drive removes the active connection from the plugin and prevents future backups from being uploaded to Google Drive. You may also remove the app’s access from your Google Account permissions page.

Backup files uploaded to Google Drive remain in your Google Drive account unless you delete them. TA Network Solutions does not delete files from your Google Drive unless you request or trigger a plugin feature that performs that action.

6. Dropbox, Bunny Storage, Amazon S3, and Other Cloud Storage Integrations

Some TA Network Solutions software products may offer optional cloud storage integrations, including Dropbox, Bunny Storage, and Amazon S3.

If you enable one of these integrations, we may process connection information required to upload backups to that provider, such as access tokens, API keys, bucket names, storage zone names, folder paths, regions, endpoints, and upload status.

This information is used only to provide the cloud backup feature, upload backup files, refresh the connection where applicable, and display connection or upload status inside the plugin.

You should only connect cloud storage accounts that you own or are authorized to use.

7. Contact Forms and Support Requests

When you contact us through our website or email, we may collect the information you provide in your message.

If you request technical support, we may ask for additional information, such as your WordPress version, plugin version, theme name, website URL, screenshots, error messages, or temporary access details.
