Unless otherwise agreed in writing, deposits and payments for custom development work are generally non-refundable once work has started.

• Keeping your WordPress website, plugins, themes, and hosting environment updated
• Making backups before installing or updating software
• Testing software on a staging site before using it on a live website
• Using products according to documentation and legal requirements
• Keeping login details, license keys, and API keys secure
• Complying with third-party service terms
• Reviewing AI-generated or automated content before publishing
13. Third-Party Services
Some products may connect to or rely on third-party services, including but not limited to WordPress, WooCommerce, Easy Digital Downloads, payment gateways, AI providers, API platforms, hosting providers, feed providers, affiliate networks, or analytics tools.
TA Network Solutions is not responsible for third-party outages, pricing changes, service restrictions, API changes, policy changes, data accuracy, account suspensions, or compatibility issues caused by third-party services.
14. Prohibited Use
